Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all data stored in the BulkForged cloud: your email address, workout history, routines, schedules, personal records, progressive-overload history, body-weight entries, device pairings, and all cloud backups (including prior backup versions). This cannot be undone.
Data stored locally on your own devices is not touched by account deletion — removing the app from a device deletes that device's local copy.
Progress photos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded, so account deletion does not affect them. Delete them in the app (Progress photos → delete, or "Delete all photos") or by uninstalling.
Open BulkForged and go to Settings (gear icon) → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm with your password. Deletion takes effect immediately.
If you can no longer access the app, email support@bulkforged.com from your account email address and ask for your account to be deleted. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.
You do not have to delete your whole BulkForged account to remove data from it. Everything below is deleted from inside the app, and each deletion is removed from your device and from the BulkForged cloud, so it will not reappear when your phone or watch next syncs.
What is kept. Deleting one item deletes only that item — your account, email address and remaining history are untouched. One thing worth knowing: where a deleted workout had already raised your training targets, those targets are not rewound automatically. The workout is gone; the progression it caused stays unless you change the targets yourself.
Retention after deletion. Deleted data is removed from the live BulkForged service immediately. Encrypted nightly backups may still contain it for up to 60 days, after which those backups expire and it is gone from them too. Backups exist only to restore the service after a failure.
To remove everything instead, see deleting your whole account above, or email support@bulkforged.com and tell us what you would like removed.
