My Garmin watch stopped syncing
It's usually not BulkForged. If your watch stops sending workouts or the app looks out of date, the most common cause is that Garmin Connect itself has signed you out or needs re-authorization on the watch or phone — a Garmin account state, not a BulkForged bug.
What to check first
Open the BulkForged app on the watch and look at the status row at the top of the routine list — it tells you which of these you're in:
- Up to date — synced recently, nothing to do.
- Out of date — the watch has an older cache; it'll refresh on its own next sync.
- Sync failed — the watch couldn't reach BulkForged. This is almost always Garmin Connect: open the Garmin Connect app on your phone, confirm you're still signed in (it'll prompt you to re-sign-in if not), and let it finish syncing with the watch.
- Not synced yet — the watch has never completed a sync since it was paired.
If reconnecting Garmin Connect doesn't fix it
Re-pair the watch to your BulkForged account: on the phone, go to Settings → Account & watch → Pair your Garmin watch, tap Generate pairing code, then on the watch open BulkForged and choose Pair watch from its menu to enter the code. Re-pairing issues a fresh, revocable token — it doesn't touch anything already logged.
