BulkForged is a strength-training app operated by BulkForged LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("BulkForged", "we", "us"). By installing the app, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use BulkForged. By creating an account you represent that you are at least 18.
BulkForged is currently beta software. It is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time. We back up your data to our sync service and make reasonable efforts to preserve it, but during a beta, data loss is possible — if a record matters to you, keep your own copy.
BulkForged is coaching software, not a doctor, physical therapist, or personal trainer. The weights, reps, and progression suggestions it produces are computed from your logged training history — the app knows nothing about your health, joints, injuries, medications, or physical condition. They are suggestions, not prescriptions.
By using BulkForged, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury associated with physical exercise and with following, or not following, any suggestion the app makes.
Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate information (we use your email only as described in the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
BulkForged is for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, probe or overload our infrastructure, or use the service to violate any law.
Your training data belongs to you. You grant us a license to store and process it solely to provide the service — syncing your devices, computing your coaching, and backing up your history. Details, including how to delete everything, are in the Privacy Policy and at Delete your account.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time. If we discontinue the service, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice so you can export or record what you need, but we are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: BulkForged LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for personal injury, lost profits, or lost data, arising out of your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you — it applies to the fullest extent permitted where you live.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If these terms change, the effective date above will change with it, and material changes will be called out in the app. Continuing to use BulkForged after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
