Deload week planner
Enter your current working weights to see this week's deload-week weights at about 55% load, and whether you're due for one. This runs the same math BulkForged uses when it opens a deload window.
How this works
A deload week trains at roughly 55% of your working weight for one week, snapped to a step your equipment is likely to have. It is not a change to your targets. You pick them back up where you left them.
BulkForged aims for a deload roughly every 6 to 8 weeks, and about every 6 past 50, where recovery headroom is smaller.
Nothing here reads your training history, so this only counts the weeks you enter. A stall, achy joints or low motivation are reasons to deload sooner whatever the calendar says.
Common questions
Does a deload change my targets?
No. It's a lighter week layered on top of your targets, not a change to them. You pick back up at full weight afterward.
What if I've never taken a deload?
Tick "Never" and it skips the cadence reading. There is nothing to count weeks from yet, but the deload weights still work.
Does this store what I enter?
Your kg or lb choice is remembered on this device so the tool opens the way you left it. Nothing else you type is stored, and nothing is sent anywhere.
