Exercise history

Every exercise you've logged has its own history page — open it from 📈 View history on the active workout card, or by tapping a session on any exercise's row elsewhere in the app.

At the top you'll see your best-ever result for this lift, then a chart of your top-set weight over time: it holds flat while your reps climb toward the top of the rep range, then steps up once they do — double progression, drawn out. If training suggests a heavier estimated one-rep max than you've actually lifted for real, it shows as a second, dashed line — an estimate, never a record, and it never gates or replaces an actual made lift. With only one session logged so far, the chart holds off until there's a second point to draw a line between.

Below the chart, Every session lists every time you've done this exercise, newest first, with the sets and total volume for each. A 🏅 marks any session where you set a personal record on this lift. Tap a session to open its full detail.
