Getting a plan
One screen that turns "no plan yet" into a scheduled week — reached from Skip during setup, from Build my plan on an empty Dashboard or Workouts tab, and from the Coach tab's build-a-plan card.
What this page does
Build my own plan comes first: it walks you through the guided routine builder, exercise by exercise. Below it, Or pick a program lists twelve one-line options — three starter splits (Full Body, Upper/Lower, Push/Pull/Legs) and nine named programs — each built from your training profile's equipment and applied the moment you tap it. There is no separate confirm step.
Step by step
- Tap any row under Or pick a program to apply it immediately: it creates the routines and puts them on your weekly schedule.
- From there, Start today's workout opens today's routine straight away, or Go to my dashboard if now is not the time.
- Prefer to choose every exercise yourself? Build my own plan, at the top, opens the same guided routine builder available from the Workouts tab.
Good to know
The three starter splits always build at their own day count (3, 4 or 6 days a week) regardless of what your profile currently has stored — picking a card is itself the choice. Applying a program again later updates the same routines and schedule rather than duplicating them.
