The guided first-run setup — a couple of minutes to get an account, a starter plan, and your watch ready.
What this page does
A short wizard, one panel at a time: account creation or sign-in, a check for any existing cloud data, your unit preference, a few questions about your training, a preview of the starter plan those answers produce, an optional watch pairing step, and (on Android) an optional Health Connect step.
Step by step
Welcome — confirm you're 18 or older and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then Get started.
Your account — sign in, or create an account with an invite code from your invite email (BulkForged is invite-only during the beta).
Checking for your data — if you're restoring on a new device, any existing cloud backup is found automatically; Continue picks it up, or Browse starter plans anyway starts a plan from scratch alongside it.
Units — pounds or kilograms; changeable later in Settings.
About your training — goal, experience, days per week, and equipment shape which starter plan is built for you. Skip — I'll build my own routines exits the wizard without one.
Plan preview — see the routines your answers produced before committing. Starting weights are deliberately light: adjust what you actually lift during your first session, and the app adopts that as your new target from there.
Watch (optional) — pair a Garmin watch now, or skip and pair later from Settings. Only Garmin is supported today; everything else works fully without one.
Health Connect (optional, Android) — optionally share workouts and body metrics with Android Health Connect.
Done — Start training hands you off to the Dashboard.
Good to know
Every step past account creation is skippable or revisitable later from Settings — nothing here is a one-time choice. Re-running the wizard from Training profile → Setup wizard → Open merges new answers into your existing profile; it never wipes out what you already had set.
