Overload history

The full audit trail behind every target BulkForged has ever set for you — every weight bump, every rep target, every reason why.

What this page does

A running total sits at the top, then a paged, searchable list of every progressive- overload adjustment: the exercise, the routine and date it happened, and the headline change (a weight increase, a rep increase, or a target that held or recalibrated). Open it from one exercise's own history and the page scopes to just that exercise, with a heading instead of the search box.

Step by step

  1. From Progress → Trends, tap View all under Progressive overload, or open it from a specific exercise's history to see that exercise's changes only.
  2. Search by exercise or routine, or page with ‹ Prev / Next ›.
  3. Tap any row to open the full explanation for that one change.

Good to know

This is a coaching feature. A locked account sees a card explaining that nothing is lost — every adjustment stays on record and picks back up the instant coaching is on; your workout history and session details are unaffected either way.

Every row here is worded as progress in motion, never as a miss. A target that recalibrated down from a stronger earlier session isn't a setback — it's still set one rep above what you actually did, so beating it moves it right back up. See "Overload change detail" for exactly how each change is explained.
