BulkForged is a strength-training app built on one idea: you should never have to guess what to lift next.
BulkForged's progressive-overload engine reads every set you complete and sets your next target: more reps until you hit the top of your rep range, then more weight, session after session. No manual math, no spreadsheets, no plateauing because you forgot to push.
Plenty of apps will move your weights for you. BulkForged tells you what it changed and why, in plain words, and any target is yours to change.
Every training goal shapes how the engine coaches you, not whether it coaches you: build muscle, get stronger, lose weight, improve endurance, or general fitness. A muscle-recovery heat map shows what's fatigued and what's ready to train. A macro guidance card gives you calorie and protein direction — never food tracking; BulkForged will never ask you to log a meal.
BulkForged is not a social feed. No scrolling, no algorithm, nothing to perform for — just a training tool that stays out of your way during the workout and tells you exactly what to do, why, and when to push harder.
You don't need one. The phone app is complete on its own, and nothing in BulkForged depends on owning a watch — if you don't have one, skip this section.
If you do wear one, your whole workout runs from your wrist. Log a set from your wrist, offline, with the next lift always one glance away, so you're never digging your phone out mid-set. Whatever you log on either device turns up on the other through the cloud, so nothing is lost when one of them is out of range.
It's a free download from the Connect IQ store. Install it on the watch, and the phone app gives you a pairing code to link the two.
It runs on 48 Garmin models today: fenix 6, 7, 8 and 9; epix (Gen 2) and epix Pro; Enduro and Enduro 3; the MARQ and MARQ (Gen 2) collections; and Forerunner 255, 265, 955, 965 and 970 — including the S, X, Pro and Solar variants of those.
It is Garmin only. The watch app is built on Garmin's Connect IQ platform, so there is no Apple Watch or Wear OS version, and neither is planned.
Whichever platform you're on, it helps to know honestly whether this is for you:
Straight expectations: BulkForged expects to be followed, not just installed — that's the trade that actually matters. If something breaks, Settings → Send feedback goes straight to the developer.
Two minutes: your email and a few questions about your training, so the app is worth installing the moment it's ready.
