What will BulkForged do on iPhone?

The same as it does on Android. It tells you what to lift next, set by set.

Free, in Basic:

• Log every workout on your iPhone or your Garmin watch.
• Your routines, schedule, records and full history.
• Every set shows the weight and reps to aim for.

With Coaching:

• Your targets move after each workout: more reps first, then more weight.
• Every change is logged, with the sets it came from. Any target can be edited.
• A recovery map shows which muscles are ready to train today.

Also on iPhone:

• Share your workouts and weight with Apple Health, if you want to.

Does the Garmin watch app work with an iPhone?

Yes. It is the same BulkForged watch app, from the Connect IQ store.

• The watch shows the target weight and reps for each set.
• You log a set in three presses, and the rest timer starts on its own.
• Leave your phone in the locker. The watch runs the whole workout by itself.
• Pairing the watch needs a BulkForged account.

Is there an Apple Watch app?

No. The watch app is for Garmin watches only.

• On iPhone, the phone app works fully on its own.
• You can still log every set on the phone during your workout.

Can I bring my history from Hevy or Strong?

Yes. Export the file from Hevy or Strong, then import it into BulkForged.

What will BulkForged cost on iPhone?

I use Android now. Can I move to iPhone later?

Yes, if you sign in.

• Sign in on Android and your training is backed up to your BulkForged account.
• Sign in with the same account on the iPhone and your training is there.
• Progress photos stay on the phone that took them. They are never uploaded.
