Your standing best, right now, for every exercise you've trained.
Where "Personal records" is a history of every PR you've ever set, this page is just today's answer: one row per exercise, with the date each standing record was set. An exercise can carry more than one kind of record at once — your heaviest weight and your most reps aren't always from the same session.
Each exercise also carries an Est. 1RM line — a training estimate worked out from your reps and weight, not something you lifted. It's shown so you can watch the trend, but it never triggers a celebration and never appears in the recent-PR strips; those are reserved for weight you actually put up.
