Workout summary
This is the receipt you land on right after finishing a workout — a quick confirmation that everything you logged is saved, on the phone or the watch.
If you built the session on the fly with Quick Workout, Finish asks first whether to save it as a routine — that turns what you actually did into a repeatable plan for next time (see "Starting a workout off-plan (Quick Workout)"). If anything you logged set a new personal record, you'll see the celebration screen before this one; tapping through it brings you here.
The summary itself shows the headline for the session — what you trained and how it went — plus any note worth calling out, like a session logged as a light day or a deload week.
A Next time card says what happens to this routine before you train it again: its targets update from the sets you just logged, reps first, then weight. On a light day it says your targets stay where they are. It is absent when nothing will change, such as a Quick Workout you did not save as a routine.
Tap Done to leave. There's nothing else to do here: your progressive-overload targets, routine cache, and cloud backup all update automatically once the session finishes.
