BulkForged
What's in BulkForged
BulkForged comes in two plans. Basic is free and stays free — every workout, your whole history, your routines, your records. Coaching adds the part that decides what you lift next, and explains each decision.
The two plans
Basic
A complete workout tracker — Free
- Log every workout — on your phone or on a Garmin watch, without a phone nearby. Start on one and finish on the other.¹
- Your full history, and you can correct any past session.
- Routines and a schedule you build and change yourself.
- Quick workouts and record attempts — off-plan sessions and max singles.
- Personal and current records, with the celebration when you break one.
- Body measurements, cardio and progress photos.
- Backup and restore with a BulkForged account. A new phone picks up where the old one left off.
¹ Except on the fēnix 6 and 6S (not the Pro models), the original Enduro, the Forerunner 245, the Instinct 3 Solar and the Instinct E. Those watches send your workout to your phone once, when you finish.
Coaching
Everything in Basic, plus coaching that decides what you lift next
$7.99 a month or $49.99 a year.
- Automatic target progression — every set you log decides the next session's target. Without it, your targets stay exactly where they are.
- The change log — every target that moved, the sets it was read off, and why.
- Strength by muscle — how your best lifts compare to your own bodyweight, one muscle region at a time.
- Muscle recovery map — what's ready to train today, worked out from what you actually trained.
- Muscle balance — which muscles are running under their weekly set target.
- Volume over time — your working sets, week over week.
- Deload guidance — when to back off, and a lighter week that leaves your targets where they were.
- Nutrition guidance — calorie and protein ranges that follow your training day. No meal logging.
- Muscle maps on every routine — what a session is built to hit, before you train it.
What coaching looks like
If you stop paying
Coaching is open for your first 14 days at no charge. After that, or any time you cancel, you keep Basic for free.
- Every workout, record, measurement and photo stays.
- Your targets freeze where they stand.
- Turn Coaching back on and it carries on from the same numbers.
The subscription is sold and billed through Google Play. It shows the price in your own currency before you pay, and that's the price you're charged. Cancel any time from Google Play. Neither store adds a trial on top of the 14-day preview.
