BulkForged is a strength-training app that decides what you lift next. Every set you log feeds a progressive-overload engine: add reps to the top of your range, then the weight goes up. And every decision it makes is written to a log you can read and overrule.
Most workout apps are loggers. They record that you did 3×8 at 60 kg and leave next week's decision to you. Several now move your targets automatically. Almost none will show you the decision.
BulkForged does. Each adjustment lands in a change log with the number it was decided from: the lowest working set you completed, the top of your rep range, and what changed because of it. If you disagree, you edit the target and the engine advances from your number next time.
Double progression is about sixty years old and it is not complicated. This is not a new training method. It is bookkeeping: the per-exercise, per-routine arithmetic you would otherwise do in your head at 6am while someone waits for the rack. If you already run your progression well on paper, you do not need this.
Ask in the launch thread and we will answer there, or write to support@bulkforged.com. The help & how-to covers every screen, and this page explains the progression rule in full.
