A 5x5 workout app that puts the weight up for you
BulkForged is a 5x5 workout app that puts the weight up for you. Pick Mehdi's 5x5 from the list of programs and it builds the routines and a three-day schedule: two full-body workouts, five sets of five on every main lift. Log your sets, and when you finish all five sets of five, the bar goes up next time. Can't finish them all? The weight holds until you do. Targets that move with you are part of Coaching, which is free to try.
On a new install, tap "Skip — I'll build my own routines" under the starter plan to see the programs. Later, they're under Workouts, Named programs.
BulkForged is not affiliated with or endorsed by any program author.
It runs on 60+ Garmin watches too: log your sets on your wrist, and the session lands in the app on your phone.
