How many sets per muscle per week? An app that counts them for you
How many sets per muscle per week? BulkForged counts them for you. The Muscle balance card on the Coach tab adds up the working sets your plan schedules over the next seven days, for legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms and core, and holds each group against a target: a minimum, then a best range. Gray is in the best range, amber is under it, violet is over it, and red is below the minimum. On the chart, a point inside the dashed ring needs more sets. Set up as a beginner, the targets are halved, so a light start isn't marked short. Muscle balance is part of Coaching, which is free to try.
It runs on 60+ Garmin watches too: log your sets on your wrist, and the session lands in the app on your phone.
