What happens to next week's weights after a workout
BulkForged is a progressive overload app that adjusts the weight for you: after you finish a session, it rewrites your next targets. Clear the top of your rep range on every working set and the weight goes up, with reps reset to the bottom of the range. Each change records the weight you actually lifted and explains itself in plain words. Updated targets publish to the Garmin watch on the next sync. Automatic targets are part of Coaching, which is free to try.

- Every working set at the top of the range: 12 reps.
- Finish, and the app rewrites the targets itself.
- Weight up to 35 lb, reps back to the bottom of the range. That's double progression.
- Every lift in the routine, after every session.
- Every change is kept, lift by lift.
- It says why, in plain words.
- The bump comes from the weight you actually lifted.
