Share a workout routine with a friend: a link or a QR code
BulkForged lets you share a workout routine with a friend, as a link or a QR code. They get every exercise with its sets and rep range; your weights and history stay on your phone. The link opens the routine in their app, with weights from their own history or a starting guess, and they can try it once or save it to their routines. Links last 30 days, and nobody needs an account to send or open one.
It runs on 60+ Garmin watches too: log your sets on your wrist, and the session lands in the app on your phone.
