In this episode, the last in the series, I'll show you how to test your one-rep max.
Alright, let's get started.
On the Workouts tab, I tap "Attempt a record" to test a heavy single.
Then I pick the lift.
Before you start, it shows the heaviest weight you've lifted so far.
After each attempt, I tap "Made the lift" if I got it.
If I didn't, I use the second button.
When I'm done, I tap "Finish & save".
So that's how you test a heavy single.
And that's the series.
If you want to start from the top, the first one's about starting a workout and logging a set.
The link's in the description.
