In this episode, I'll show you how to start today's workout and log your first set.
Alright, let's get started.
First, on the Dashboard, the Today's Workout card is right at the top.
The swap button next to it is for when you want to skip today, do a different workout, or swap two days.
I tap the play button to start it.
Once it's going, you're looking at the set card.
There's a photo of the exercise, and you can tap it for instructions.
The card shows the plan for this exercise, the rep range, your best, and the target for this set.
And if you need it, the Plate calculator button works out the plates per side.
When I'm ready to log, the weight's already filled in from my target.
So I tap Next, put in my reps, and hit Log set.
Now that we've logged our first set, you'll notice some new information at the bottom.
It tells you what you're on track for.
Here it says "5 reps. 3 more like that and next time is 225 lb."
So that's how you start a workout and log a set.
Logging your workouts is free, and if you're a subscriber, the app will manage your target weights and reps for you.
Next up, I'll show you the rest timer.
The link's in the description.
