Gym rest timer app that starts itself when you log a set
How the rest timer works in BulkForged: it starts by itself the moment you log a set, you can take 15 seconds off, add 15 or skip it, and it shows what's up next while you rest. With 15 seconds left the phone buzzes twice, then again at zero, and if the app's in the background a "Rest over" notification pops up.
Logging your workouts and the rest timer are free.
It runs on 90+ Garmin watches too: log your sets on your wrist, and the session lands in the app on your phone.

In this episode, we'll take a look at the rest timer, and how it keeps track of your rest for you.
Alright, let's get started.
You don't have to start it.
The moment I log a set, the timer starts by itself.
If you want more or less rest, there's a -15, +15, and Skip button.
And while you rest, it shows you what's up next.
With 15 seconds left, the phone vibrates twice, then buzzes again at zero.
If the app's in the background, a "Rest over" notification pops up.
So that's the rest timer, keeping your session moving.
Next up, logging your sets on a Garmin watch.
The link's in the description.
