Share workout app: send a routine, keep your weights private
How to share a routine with a friend in BulkForged: tap Share on a routine, then send the link or show the QR code. Only the workout itself goes, not your weights or your history, and your friend can start it once as a Quick Workout or save it to their own routines, with weights of their own.
Sharing a workout is free to send and to receive, and so is logging your workouts.
It runs on 90+ Garmin watches too: log your sets on your wrist, and the session lands in the app on your phone.

In this episode, I'll show you how to send a workout to a friend.
Alright, let's get started.
I tap Share on a routine.
Then you can Send link, or Show QR code if they're standing right next to you.
Just so you know, only the workout itself goes.
Your weights and your history don't go with it.
On their end, they can start it once as a quick workout, or save it to their own routines.
And the weights are their own.
So that's how you share a routine.
Next up, Overload History and your records.
The link's in the description.
