Workout program app: PHUL, Greyskull LP, 5x5 or build your own
How to set up a training plan in BulkForged: apply a well-known program like PHUL, Greyskull LP or Mehdi's 5x5, or build your own routine. Start from a copy of one of your routines or from scratch, search over a thousand exercises or browse by muscle, set each exercise's sets, rep range and rest, and see which muscles the routine works.
Named programs and building your own routines are free. The muscle map is part of Coaching, which comes with a free trial.
It runs on 90+ Garmin watches too: log your sets on your wrist, and the session lands in the app on your phone.

In this episode, we'll set up a training plan.
You can pick a well-known program, or build your own.
Alright, let's get started.
First, on the Workouts tab, Named programs has well-known ones like PHUL, Greyskull LP, and Mehdi's 5x5.
"Apply this program" makes it your plan.
To build my own, I tap New routine.
You can start from a copy of one of your routines, or start from scratch like I'm doing here.
Then I tap Add exercise to search over a thousand exercises, or you can browse by muscle, then movement, then equipment, each one with a photo.
I tap an exercise to set its sets, rep range, and rest.
You can add drop sets here too.
If you want something different, swipe left to Substitute it.
Finally, "Muscles this routine targets" at the top shows which muscles the routine works.
So that's how you set up your plan.
Next up, skipping or swapping a day.
The link's in the description.
