Light day for one sore lift, without losing progress
How to go easy on one sore lift in BulkForged without losing progress: tap Go light on that exercise and it's marked Light for today. Its target won't drop, and it still moves up if you hit the target anyway. Every other exercise in the workout progresses as normal.

In this episode, I'll show you how to go easy on just one lift when something's a bit sore.
Alright, let's get started.
I tap Go light to mark just this exercise as light for today.
You'll see the chip change to Light.
You'll also notice the caption now says "Going light. This target won't drop."
That's the idea.
A light exercise can't lower its target.
It only moves up if you hit the target anyway.
And every other exercise in the workout progresses as normal.
So that's how you train around something sore.
Next up, how your targets update when you finish.
The link's in the description.
