In this episode, I'll show you how to run your whole workout from a Garmin watch.
Alright, let's get started.
The watch shows the same workout as the phone, with your target weight and reps.
Logging a set takes three presses.
I press "Start", set the weight, down to the half pound, press "Start", set the reps, and press "Start" again.
Then the rest timer starts on its own, and it buzzes when you're up.
Your sets upload when the watch has a connection, and they show up on the phone.
The watch runs the workout by itself, so your phone can stay in your bag or locker.
This works on over 70 Garmin models.
So that's training from your wrist.
Next up, what to do when a machine is taken.
The link's in the description.
