Superset workout tracker: rest only after each round
How to set up a superset in BulkForged and train it: in the routine editor, swipe an exercise left and tap Group to pair it with the next one. In the workout, a Superset strip shows the partners, you go straight from one to the next with no rest, and the rest timer runs at the end of each round.
Supersets and logging your workouts are free.
It runs on 90+ Garmin watches too: log your sets on your wrist, and the session lands in the app on your phone.

In this episode, we'll set up a superset, and then see what it looks like when you train it.
Alright, let's get started.
First, in the routine editor, I swipe an exercise to the left.
Then I tap Group to put it in a superset with the next one.
Now, when you start the workout, a Superset strip shows the partners.
You go straight from one to the next with no rest, and a chip tells you which exercise you're moving to.
The rest timer runs at the end of each round, and the set label shows which round you're on.
And that's how you build and train a superset.
Next up, going light on a sore lift.
The link's in the description.
