Does Caliber work with Garmin?

No, Caliber has no Garmin watch app. Caliber's own feature board lists "Garmin integration" as Planned.

What does Caliber say about Garmin?

Caliber's feature board marks "Garmin integration" as Planned, and its help centre routes Garmin activities through Apple Health. We read both on 5 October 2026.

On Caliber's public feature board:

• The request "Garmin integration" is marked Planned.
• It was posted on 29 June 2022 and has 685 votes.
• It reads "This would allow you to sync data directly between Garmin and Caliber."
• An "Apple Watch app" request on the same board is also marked Planned, with more than 1,100 votes.

Planned is Caliber's label on its own board. That board is the place to check for news.

What still works with Caliber and a Garmin?

On iPhone, your Garmin activities can reach Caliber through Apple Health.

Caliber's "Connected Apps and Data Syncing User Guide" gives these steps:

1. In Apple Health, turn on all the toggles for Garmin Connect.
2. In Garmin Connect, check that Apple Health is listed under Connected Apps.
3. In Garmin Connect, set activity privacy to "Everyone", for your profile and for each activity.

Apple Health also needs to be turned on in Caliber's settings, as the same guide shows.

• The guide's Garmin steps all use Apple Health, so they are for iPhone.
• The guide says you cannot edit or delete synced activities in Caliber. You change them in the app they came from.
• Your lifts are still logged in Caliber on the phone.

What logs sets on a Garmin today?

Six options put your sets on the wrist.

• Garmin's built-in Strength activity. No app needed. It counts reps from wrist movement and lets you enter the weight after each set.
• Gravl. iPhone and Android, with a Connect IQ watch app that mirrors the workout on the phone.
• BulkForged. Android, with a Connect IQ watch app that runs the workout on the watch itself.
• Kilo. Android, with a Connect IQ watch app that also posts the workout to your Garmin profile.
• Rack. iPhone only, with a Connect IQ watch app that saves the workout as a native Garmin activity.
• Strength Tracker (LiftSync). No phone app. You build your workouts at liftsync.fit and run them from the watch.

How does BulkForged handle it?

• It was posted on 13 October 2022 and has more than 1,100 votes.
• In Progress is Caliber's own label, so check its board for news.
• Caliber's site says its coach-designed routines are "Built for progressive overload".

BulkForged:

• With Coaching, BulkForged sets your next weight and reps when you finish each workout.
• The rule is double progression, and it is published.
• You add reps until every working set reaches the top of the rep range, then add weight.
• Every change goes into a log that names the session and the sets it came from.
• Any target can be edited, and the app carries on from your number.
